Activities

Live music, great beers, and even better vibes. A must before or after the beach!

Located south of Bartlett’s Farm in the Smooth Hummocks Coastal Preserve.

The Moors: Beautiful mid-island trail.
Sanford Farm: Conservation land, 3 miles to the beach.
Sconset Bluff: Two-mile walk on a public footpath between cliffside homes and the ocean.

Downtown on Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm! Art, jewelry, ceramics, fresh produce, and more.

Nantucket offers more than 35 miles of bike paths!

Kelly’s favorite shops: Space (tell Elise that we sent you!), Nomad, Atlantic, Erica Wilson, Dawn, Nantucket Looms, Bodega, Bon Ton — the list goes on. Roam around town and you’re sure to find something you like!

Island-history museum in an 1846 candle factory with a whale skeleton, artifacts & a roof deck.

Long lines, but it’s worth it! We also love Jack & Charlie’s for ice cream.

Coffee & Breakfast

Artisanal bread bakery and coffee shop serving epic breakfast sandwiches on fresh sourdough.

Go-to place for delicious, no frills fare serving dinner and breakfast.

Country cafe serving homemade donuts and simple American breakfast & lunch.

An island staple serving Suzy’s favorite cappuccino and delicious breakfast sandwiches. 

Scratch made everyday! Don’t forget to try the Nantucket morning buns (if they still have them). 

Kelly’s favorite coffee on island (try the vanilla bean collagen latte). Located mid island.

Sandwiches

Perfect grab and go for an afternoon beach picnic. Strongly recommend the Other Turkey or the Turkey Terrific.

Great sandwiches and salads, plus it’s the only sammy shop on island that sells good beer, gourmet cheese, wine, and booze.

Feast on hearty sandwiches & chocolate chip cookies at this local go-to.

Elegant eatery in a Greek revival building serving refined Italian cooking, including fresh pasta.

Elevated seafood dishes paired with wine in rustic-chic environs or on the waterfront porch.

Laid-back pizzeria turning out Neapolitan pies along with salads and sides, plus wine. Great spot to pick up pizza to go!
